These letters may be mailed or e-mailed to Bill Rosendahl’s office at your earliest convenience.  The deadline of October 19, 2009 applied only to letters directed to the Advisory Agency of the City itself and not to the Councilmember’s office.  Here is a letter that may be used for this purpose should you find yourself unable to draft an original one yourself.  Correspondingly, should you decide to use this letter, please do not forget to sign, address and date it for yourself.
